The room looked quite worn. There was a distinct odor of smoke in the hallways. The staff were not very helpful when I asked about local parking.

The room included complimentary toiletries. staff at reception provided quick assistance with directions. They were always available. i found numerous dining options just outside, quite convenient.
the room was quite small. this made moving around a bit difficult.

the hotel's proximity to paddington station proved very useful; it's just a short walk. i could easily access various parts of the city. nearby, i discovered numerous shops and cafes; i could grab a quick snack or coffee easily.

the front desk offered 24-hour service; it was reassuring to know someone was always available. housekeeping maintained the room daily; i appreciated the fresh towels. the staff were very helpful; i felt like they were trying their best.
